If you don¡¯t have your own specific maintenance staff of exchange machine we offer an optional value-added service to provide you additional services based on maintenance contract. If engineers are needed on-site, we charge the actual traveling expense.

-We provide the following services:

  • Maintain the changed  customer data on the remote. For example, change of number, change of service level, increase of port that can be used, adding new functions to the operation version and cancel of telephone maintenance technician by customer.
    -Function Setting: Finding Group, Responding Group, Hotline, Night Service, LCR, etc.
    -5¡Á8 Response (Eight working hours a day, five days a week). Response time is one hour.
    -Remote maintenance is carried out through MODEM.
  • Maintenance fee will be charged for broken parts found out during maintenance. Customers can rent spare parts free of charge during the broken period. A discount of 25% will be given for the purchase of spare parts.
  • This service is based on maintenance contract
